Where to go from here…

Well, I am not sure about using star-date for the post titles, but it does seem kind of fun to do! I’ll continue using it for now. As the heading for this post suggest, I am looking to define something of a direction for this blog. I am not intending to strictly stick to any single direction. I feel that picking a direction for the blog to take would be incredibly helpful in allowing me to continue posting on a regular basis, especially since I will not always have new updates to add to the blog about very many things. I am also very bad at writing, as I am sure will become increasingly evident throughout the life of this blog. As I am not the best writer coming up with content, and ideas for content, will be difficult for me. This is something I hope to improve upon, and is yet another reason to continue writing a blog.

New updates

Not much new to report going on. I grabbed a few new books on blogging and swift programming. I have also begun maintaining this blog. Super obvious at this point. I also grabbed a book with game ideas and challenges; which might be fun to start with the easy ones, and move to the more difficult ones.

More on direction

I will attempt a weekly update schedule, and stick more toward tech and software development. I think this is going to be fun, and am feeling very excited at this point! Another direction, which may show up, is financial news. I find it interesting. As well as any home lab updates. Currently I do not have a home lab, but am considering getting a NAS which can double as a home lab with running docker containers for services such as git and vpn software.

Conclusion

I get more excited by the day about this new blog, and what it represents for me. In terms of motivation, drive, accountability, self support, learning and developing. As stated in my first post, I am not anticipating anyone to actually read this blog. Either way, thanks for stopping by, and have a wonderful rest of your day!
